INTRODUCTION The online store available at vabena.store is operated by Vabena Megastore (within the planned structure of GenAccord Sp. z o.o. in formation). These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website, placing orders, and providing electronic services. By using the service, you accept the following conditions.

§1. STORE USAGE TERMS

  1. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age under Polish law.

  2. It is prohibited to use Vabena Megastore products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  3. A violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

§2. GENERAL CONDITIONS & TRANSPARENCY (OMNIBUS)

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  2. In accordance with the Omnibus Directive, for every price reduction, we display the lowest price of the product that was in effect during the 30-day period prior to the reduction.

  3. Your data (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted for technical purposes. Payment data is always encrypted.

§3. DIGITAL SERVICES & AI SYSTEMS

  1. AI Disclosure: To ensure maximum efficiency, selected customer service processes and content generation may be supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems under constant human supervision.

  2. Content generated with AI support is verified for substantive accuracy by the Vabena Megastore team.

§4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  1. Products available exclusively online may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges occur only according to our Return Policy.

  2. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s monitor will perfectly reproduce the actual colors.

§5. AUTOMATED FINANCIAL ROUTING & TAX COMPLIANCE

To ensure strict adherence to tax regulations and operational efficiency, specific transactional data (including Customer Name, Billing/Shipping Address, Tax Identification Number (NIP), and Order Value) is securely transmitted via an encrypted, automated API layer (Make.com) to our designated accounting infrastructure (inFakt). This data transmission is strictly limited to the necessary scope required for the immediate generation of proforma invoices, VAT invoices, and subsequent financial reconciliation. We do not use this automated bridge for marketing or data profiling purposes.

§6. FORCE MAJEURE AND GLOBAL LOGISTICS

GenAccord Tadeusz Trzaskowski (operating as Vabena Megastore) shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure to fulfill, or interruption of delivery services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, war, military actions, blockades, international sanctions, national emergencies, global supply chain collapses, airspace closures, maritime shipping disruptions, or any other force majeure events beyond our, i.e., GenAccord Tadeusz Trzaskowski's, reasonable control. In the event of such disruptions, delivery windows may be extended indefinitely, or orders may be canceled and refunded at our sole discretion without penalty.

§7. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT

  1. These Terms of Service and any agreements for the provision of services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Polish law.
