Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Important Delivery Notice: Depending on the fulfillment warehouse, your package may be subject to local EU customs processing fees upon delivery. Please be prepared to pay these local postal fees to receive your item.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: To provide you with a massive selection from our global network of specialized fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary based on your location. All standard shipping is currently free of charge. 

  • Standard Domestic (Poland): 4 to 10 business days.
  • Standard International Tier 1 (Most EU countries, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other select countries): 7 to 14 business days.
  • Standard International Tier 2 (Other Select Global Markets & Regional Hubs): 15 to 25 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs & Taxes: Vabena Megastore is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Force Majeure and Global Logistics: GenAccord Sp. z o.o. (operating as Vabena Megastore) shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure to fulfill, or interruption of delivery services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, war, military actions, blockades, international sanctions, national emergencies, global supply chain collapses, airspace closures, maritime shipping disruptions, or any other force majeure events beyond our, i.e., GenAccord Tadeusz Trzaskowski's, reasonable control. In the event of such disruptions, delivery windows may be extended indefinitely, or orders may be canceled and refunded at our sole discretion without penalty.

Customs, Duties, and Import Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows (7-14 days for Tier 1, 15-25 days for Tier 2, and 20-40 days for Tier 3), Vabena cannot be held responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance processes, local postal bottlenecks, or geopolitical restrictions (e.g., India's import infrastructure). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that customs processing times fall under Force Majeure and are outside of our control. Any resulting delivery delays do not constitute grounds for an immediate refund until the package is officially declared lost by the carrier.
